Atrium
This intimate area features two-story high marble columns, skylights and beautifully landscaped surrounding. The historic arch from the Holbrook Building, which originally occupied the site of the tower, has also been preserved and graces the atrium. Daily rental for this elegant space is $1,000 plus service expenses.

Conservatory
For an elegant and distinctive location for your next event, One Sansome Street's newly remodeled Conservatory is the perfect location. Three story high marble columns and arches greet your guests as they enter. The tranquil sounds of the fountain, graceful palms and skylights create a magical atmosphere. Daily rental for this historic space is $4,000 plus service expenses.
